Thanks to the partnership with Confesercenti, it was possible to invite Catering businesses to join the Good Life for all project, explaining how they carry on their profession in a sustainable way.
Through this mapping, currently in progress, the Egos Colloquium conference attendees will be able to consciously choose where to eat in the city, once the scientific activities of the conference have ended.
And at the same time, tourists and citizens will also be able to have a more precise and aware idea of restaurants that offer sustainable menus.
