ACTION DESCRIPTION

At the EGOS 2023 Colloquium, CREA UniCa is taking a proactive role in promoting gender diversity and equality. We're not just increasing the number of women in our teams, but also fostering an environment that is representative, inclusive, and respectful. We value the unique perspectives and abilities that each team member brings. Moreover, we are involving women in leadership roles, recognizing their skills and contributions, and empowering them to lead.
